| Background: | The Information Technology Department (ITD) manages and maintains contracts for technology software/services for the County of El Paso. This NEOGOV Human Resource software is licensed to the County of El Paso and is maintained, hosted, and supported by GovernmentJobs.com, Inc. (dba NEOGOV, Inc.). The software/service is primarily utilized by the Human Resources department to manage the applicant and recruitment process. It is occasionally utilized by all County departments to automate the recruitment process and to facilitate communication with candidates.
Legal Review was required and completed by the County Attorney’s office dated July 13, 2018. 1295 Form on file.
Procurement was reviewed and approved by the County Purchasing Department on July 3, 2018.
ITD strives to execute procurement instruments 30 days in advance of their effective date. Occasionally circumstances occur that delay our process and we must request approval on a pre-dated agreement. We have contacted the vendor to ensure we receive all the benefits of the agreement and that, should our request be denied, we are not responsible for the lapsed contact period. |
