WHEREAS, as a result of funding in the amount of $85,217 to Communities in Schools, Communities in Schools will utilize grant funding to incorporate a home based component at Riverside Middle School and a restorative discipline component at Parkland Middle School to their intensive case management services to youth ages 12-16. Such services are designed to educate and promote increased skills for program participants in an effort to increase attendance days at schools, minimize disciplinary referrals, and prevent future penetration into the formal juvenile justice system.
2.B. DUTIES OF JPD
# 3. JPD shall pay CIS Grant funds awarded for the services described in Section C of this Agreement in an amount not to exceed $85,217 for Fiscal Year 2018 (September 1, 2017 — August 31, 2018) subject to appropriation and deposit of State funds for the continuation of the Grant.

c. Mileage reimbursement ($0.54 per mile) $1,150
