Subject:Approve the acceptance of The View at Mission Ridge Unit 2 and authorize the filing and recording of the subdivision plat.
Background:

Hunt Mission Ridge, LLC, (developer) is requesting the recording and approval of the above-mentioned plat by Commissioners Court of El Paso County.  This subdivision has met all State and County subdivision regulations and requirements.

 

Precinct Location – Precinct No. 3

Legal Description - Being a Portion of  W. J. Rand, Survey No.315 ½ and the C.D. Stewart, Survey No.317, in El Paso County, Texas. Containing 21.533 AC.

Water and Sewer Provider – Paseo Del Este Municipal Utility

Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) -   City of El Paso

Number of Lots - 69 lots

Recommendation:Approve the acceptance of The View at Mission Ridge Unit 2 and authorize the filing and recording of the subdivision plat.
Prior Action:

September 24, 2012 – Variance approved (#Item #35)-

  • Reduce setbacks from roads, right-of-ways, and adjacent property lines, from 25 feet to 20 feet for the front property lines from 25 feet to 20 feet for the rear property lines, from 25 feet to 5 feet for side property lines and from 25 feet to 10 feet for side property lines abutting street right-of-way.

  • Reduce residential right-of-way from 60 feet to 52 feet.

  • Reduce minimum lot size fromm6000 sq. ft. to 4800 sq. ft.

  • Reduce minimum lot frontage width from 50 feet to 45 feet.
