| Background: | On September 18, 2017, the Commissioners Court awarded RFP #17-033 to U.S. Legal Services, Inc., for pre-paid legal services for County employees. Based on the award of the RFP and response to the RFP by U.S. Legal Services, Inc., a Services Agreement (attached) was developed. The purpose of the Agreement is to provide the opportunity for County Employees to obtain pre-paid legal benefit services through payroll deduction. The Agreement is for three years with the option for the County to renew for two one-year terms.
The County Attorney’s Office has conducted a legal review of the Services Agreement with U.S. Legal. (2017-0874) |
